International Fest Comes to Chatt Tech
Chattahoochee Technical College will be hosting its annual International Festival in April to celebrate diversity.
The world comes to as it gears up for the annual International Festival to be held April 16-18.
The school will be celebrating and honoring the diversity of its students with various events, performances, programs and opportunities at its Marietta and North Metro campuses. The festival has been a tradition every year since 2002. This year’s event is free and open to the public.
“In our quest to help our students become global citizens, it’s an important concept for our students to understand the diversity in the world around them,” said Greg Moor, International Services and International Center Coordinator at Chattahoochee Technical College. “A big part of that is making sure students know that it is good to be understanding and tolerant of other cultures through exposure and experiences like this. The festival helps bring that message home.”
