Kennesaw Citgo Robbed by Armed Gunman

According to Cobb police, an armed man robbed a Kennesaw Citgo store early Sunday morning.

The reported crime took place at 6:30 a.m. at the business located at 3930 Busbee Parkway.

According to Officer Mike Bowman, the perpetrator entered the Citgo/Campus Food Shop and demanded the money from the store’s clerk. The suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the area on foot in an unknown direction.

There were no injuries reported.

The suspected is described as a white male believed to be in his early 20s. He  stood approximately 5-foot-7 and weighed 150 pounds. He had brown hair and was wearing a mask to conceal his face. He was last seen wearing red shorts, a long blue t-shirt and dark shoes. He was armed with an unknown style of handgun.
