Winter Blood Drive Needs You

The Acworth Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the Acworth Beach House located in Cauble Park at 2293 Beach St.

The American Red Cross is currently experiencing a critical blood shortage due to a decrease in donations this winter. Your help is needed now to prevent the delay or cancellation of surgeries. There is a special need for type O and type B blood donors.
