Congratulations to the Alpharetta High School Marching Band.

The Marching Raiders kicked off the competitive season to perform their competitive show "Worlds Apart," winning second place for Class 5A at the FFCC Outdoor Competition, hosted by Oviedo High School in Orlando, FL, on October 4, 2025.

Their well-received performance of "Worlds Apart" overcame unexpected challenges, as rain delays required the event to move indoors. The band displayed impressive adaptability, seamlessly transitioning their performance from the football field to the gymnasium, earning a well-deserved standing ovation.

The band is directed by Todd Manson, Director of Bands, and Jared Kaufman, Associate Director of Bands. Matthew Howell is the Percussion Director, and Lauren Nguyen is the Color Guard Director. Heartfelt thanks go to the Alpharetta Band Booster Association for its unwavering support, with Kelly Good as President, Shannon Pagel as Vice President, Erin Soriano as Secretary, and Lydia Rampersad as Treasurer.
