Crabapple, Georgia — If you plan it right, the snacks at your football watch party on Feb. 11 will be as much discussed as the key plays. When we asked readers to submit their MVP-worthy recipes, Christy McWhorter submitted this recipe:

In a greased 9x12 pan, bake 15 minutes at 350, or until top is slightly crispy and sandwiches are heated through:
Start with 12 dinner rolls sliced in top/bottom halves. Place bottom half in pan and then pick your favorite variation and adjust for taste:

Roast Beef = sliced deli roast beef, + cheddar cheese + horseradish sauce, top with rolls and cover with melted butter and onion flakes
Alt Roast Beef = sliced deli roast beef + roasted red peppers or peppercinis + provolone cheese, topped with butter, garlic salt & oregano
Pizza = pizza sauce + mozzarella or provolone + pepperoni & sausage, top with rolls and cover with melted butter, garlic salt, oregano & Parmesan cheese
Turkey = sliced turkey + swiss + thousand island, top with rolls, cover with melted butter & seasoning
Ham = sliced ham + provolone + mustard, topped with rolls and poppy seed dressing
Alternate ham = sliced ham, mayo, and sliced green olives, topped with melted butter, garlic salt and oregano
Italian = Ham, Salami & pepperoni, provolone, oil & vinegar, topped with melted butter, oregano, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese
