The deadline for submitting a proposal for consideration is 2 p.m. Feb. 21.

MILTON, GA — The city of Milton is seeking companies to be considered as the program provider for the 2019 football season. These programs are offered in partnership with third-party contractors and vendors who are responsible for administering the programs on behalf of the city. In turn, the Milton provides access to facilities and city parks through annual provider agreements.

"The board is focused on recommending those programs most desired by our citizens to ensure that we're maximizing city assets to the benefit of Milton taxpayers," said Scott Stachowski, chairman of the Milton Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.

Milton first offered a football program in 2014, and the total number of players have averaged 140 per season. This figure includes both tackle and flag football programs. The current request for proposals allows for potential program providers to submit proposals to provide tackle, flag, and/or cheer programs for consideration.
