Yoga, Physical Therapy Studio Opens In Alpharetta

TheraWays offers yoga classes, yoga for medical conditions, dry needling, cupping, massages, alternative medicine and physical therapy.

ALPHARETTA, GA — North Fulton residents who want to commit to living healthier lives will now have another place to help them achieve that goal. TheraWays is now open at 631 North Main Street Suite 301 in Alpharetta.

This 2,400-square-foot wellness center provides yoga fitness classes, yoga for medical conditions, highly specialized physical therapy, dry needling, cupping, alternative medicine, massage and nutritional counseling all under one roof.

“Integrative medicine focuses on the whole person – the mind, body and spirit – on their journey of health and healing,” said TheraWays Founder Priyal Doshi, who is a physical therapist, osteopractor and certified yoga instructor.

Dr. Doshi has cared for physical therapy patients at hospitals, health systems and private practices in Georgia, New York and California for more than 10 years. She has an advanced manual therapy certification with an osteopractic diploma, which allows her to offer patients a range of alternative medicine therapies. By integrating spinal manipulation, dry needling and cupping, Dr. Doshi "has seen great results in her patients."

To celebrate its opening, TheraWays will offer free yoga classes Jan. 25-31 and an open house with free classes and sessions from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27. A grand opening event is set for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 1. A ribbon cutting hosted by the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce is set for 10 a.m.
