Animal Advocates Protest Outside NCR Voyix Headquarters in Midtown

Protest targets NCR Voyix board member's dual role that tie her to broken animal welfare promises.

On Wednesday afternoon, a small group of animal welfare activists, including one dressed in a chicken suit, gathered outside NCR Voyix headquarters at 864 Spring St NW in Midtown Atlanta.

The demonstrators called out Laura Miller, who serves on the boards of both NCR Voyix and Ahold Delhaize, the parent company of Food Lion and Stop & Shop. Ahold Delhaize has failed to meet its public commitment to transition to 100% cage-free eggs across its brands, a promise originally set for completion by 2025. The overlap between Miller’s two board roles raises questions about corporate governance and accountability.

The protest was organized by The Humane League, a nonprofit working to end the abuse of animals raised for food. For more information about the protest and the issue, please visit laura-miller.com/ncr-shame.
