Marvel's 'Black Panther' Movie Seeking Metro Atlanta Children

Marvel film seeks youths as for superhero movie shooting in early 2017.

ATLANTA, GA -- Metro Atlanta is becoming quite the movie mecca, which is a boon for local actors and fresh faces looking to be cast as extras.

Marvel’s newest movie franchise “Black Panther” is looking to cast schoolchildren for a scene in the upcoming film on Feb. 6, 2017.

The children will be in uniform, according to a description provided by projectcasting.com.

“Black Panther” stars Chadwick Boseman as a superhero associated with the Avengers. He is the ruler of the African nation of Wakanda. The character made his debut in “Captain America: Civil War.”

A local casting call was also posted for the next movie in the hugely successful Avengers franchise, "The Avengers: Infinity War," which will also shoot scenes in metro Atlanta.
