Here are the top five stories in Atlanta today:

The announcement came on Tuesday from the special prosecutor for the case citing officers Garrett Rolfe and Devin Brosnan used reasonable use of force and did not act with criminal intent. (Atlanta Patch)
- The suspect arrested in yesterday's deadly Midtown shooting has been denied bond. The suspect, Raissa Kenge, appears to have targeted the victims of the shooting, police say. Kenge had filed a job discrimination lawsuit last year where two of the three victims' names were included in a list of dozens. (11Alive)
- Two metro Atlanta school bus drivers have been charged with driving under the influence in the past week. Jeffrey Tucker was additionally charged with 40 counts of reckless endangerment after driving children home from school on Friday and driving the bus into a ditch. Tammy Decerbo was arrested Monday morning after troopers say she was pulled over after nearly driving off the side of the road. She apparently told officers she was a Pickens County school bus driver and had driven a bus route that same morning. (WSB Atlanta)
- An Atlanta officer and his K-9 partner were hospitalized after a crash on Monday afternoon. The officer was responding to the airport regarding the fatal Midtown shooting yesterday and was moving at a high speed when the car crashed off the wet road. - Georgia State University reopened Hurt Park yesterday after a two-year renovation.
