More Than A Game: All The Events Around The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl

Even if you don't like football, you can enjoy several events tied into the big game.

ATLANTA, GA -- The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl promises to bring tens of thousands of football fans to downtown Atlanta. All those people for a football game? It's more than a game, it's a multi-day celebration. Here are all the events associated with the Peach Bowl.

FanFest: Great for kids, the FanFest features an assortment of games right there on the Georgia Dome lawn. Dec. 31, 10 a.m. -- 2 p.m.

Primesport MVP Tailgate: Bring your appetite, because the Primesport MVP Tailgate is a serious spread laid out in the Georgia World Congress Center across from the dome. Pre-game festivities include a buffet, live music and other entertainment.

Championship Viewing Party: Still want to watch the game downtown but don't have a ticket? The College Football Hall of Fame will host Championship Viewing Parties for gridiron fans on Dec. 31 and Jan. 9. For $30, patrons will be able to eat, drink and watch the big games on the Hall’s 36-foot high-definition video board in the indoor Playing Field. Included in the price of admission will be a tour of the Hall, food, a drink ticket and other entertainment.

Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Parade: Everybody loves a parade, especially when it features cool cars, marching bands, cheerleaders and snakes through Centennial Olympic Park. Check the parade route here so you can follow the convoy right up to the Georgia Dome for game time.

Fan Night at the Aquarium: The afternoon before the game, enjoy the biggest aquarium in the world with fellow football fans. Not only does the venue have more than 100,000 sea animals, but you might see a few mascots floating in the water:)

Fellowship of Christian Athletes Breakfast: Featuring a who's who of athletes and celebrities in attendance, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Breakfast on Dec. 30 is a stalwart event of the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. This year's breakfast will be hosted TNT basketball analyst Ernie Johnson and feature author and Baltimore Ravens Tight End Benjamin Watson as keynote speaker.
