15 Music Acts Coming to Atlanta Around Christmas

ATLANTA, GA -- While thousands of people are leaving Atlanta for the holidays, going back to their hometowns or visiting other places, major music acts are making their way to the city to perform.

The days up to and after Christmas will see acts such as Gillian Welch and Eddie Rascal in some big Atlanta venues. This holiday may give you the perfect opportunity to score some cheap tickets to see your favorite artist.

In downtown Atlanta, Philips Arena will host R. Kelly on Tuesday, Dec. 27. Two days later, rapper Waka Flocka Flame will perform at Center Stage Theater in Midtown.
