Barrow Co. House Fire Kills Boy, Injures 2: Report
A media report says firefighters attempted to save the boy by pulling him out of a window, but he died of his injuries.
WINDER, GA — An 8-year-old boy died around 2:30 a.m. Friday in a Matthew School Road house fire that injured two adults, Atlanta News First reported.
Barrow County firefighters tried to rescue the boy by pulling him out of a bedroom window; however, the outlet reported the boy died of his injuries.
It is unknown what caused the fire.
