Shane's Rib Shack Opening at Barrow Crossing in Bethlehem

Add ribs and barbecue to the latest options for eating out in Bethlehem. 

A sign posted on the door of the new Shane's Rib Shack location at Barrow Crossing heralded today's opening. According to the restaurant's website, hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. 

The Bethlehem location scored a 100 on a recent health inspection. Check out the restaurant's menu.
