Soon-to-Be-Ex Husband Calls Authorities to Report Wife's Adultery
Man said he had spoken with attorneys and was advised adultery was against the law.

A Winder man believes his estranged wife has been breaking the law.
The man called the Barrow County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 26 to report his soon-to-be-ex wife had been committing adultery "with different guys."
According to the incident report, the man and his wife are in the process of getting a divorce. The man said he and his wife had an agreement that neither party would have "intimate relationships" until the divorce was final.
The husband said he had received text messages indicating his wife was at another man's residence in Athens. He added he had gone to his wife's residence and seen the vehicle belonging to the Athens man in the driveway.
"[He] stated he has spoken to at least three different guys who testify that they have had sexual relations with [his wife]," the officer wrote in the report.
The man further explained he had spoken with an attorney and was advised it was against Georgia law to engage in sexual activities with someone other than a spouse while married.
The deputy confirmed adultery was against the law, but, due to the lack of physical evidence to substantiate his allegation, no charges would be filed.
