Animal Shelter Desperate for Adoptions
The Fulton County Animal Shelter's dogs will be eternally thankful to whoever saves them from the overcrowded shelter.

The Fulton County Animal Shelter is worried that it will have to begin putting down some of its dogs due to a large influx of new residents and a decline in adoptions.
The shelter took in 700 animals last week and says their dog population is three times greater than its capacity, WSB-TV reports. Adoptions are down 50 percent from this time last year, adding to the overcrowding and forcing administrators to consider the possibility of euthanising some of the dogs.
The Facebook group βUrgent Animals at Fulton County Animal Services - Atlanta, GAβ brings the shelterβs dire situation home with pictures of animals who are in desperate need of rescue, adoption, or fostering. The latest post on the page shared the pictures of five dogs who needed to be adopted by Wednesday morning.
