APS 'Enhanced Principal Selection Process' Meetings Set

Atlanta Public Schools has announced that it is hosting a series of Regional Community meetings to learn about the district's "enhanced principal selection process." 

The meetings are scheduled as follows:

South Region
Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 6 PM
South Atlanta High School

West Region
Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 6 PM
Young Middle School

North Region
Monday, March 24, 2014 at 6 PM
Sutton Middle School 

East Region
Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 6 PM
Inman Middle School

APS has also announced its 2014-15 pre-kindergarten lottery results. As parents accept and decline seats, availability may change. For confidentiality purposes, no results can be provided over the phone.

If you participated in the lottery and your lottery number is not listed, you have been placed on the waiting list of your 1st choice. If you do not know your lottery number, please contact the school where you registered for the lottery. 

If you were selected, you must attend your school's enrollment session. Please see enrollment calendar for dates. Parents who did not participate in the lottery may inquire about available seats on Wednesdays only beginning Wednesday, April 23rd and every Wednesday thereafter.
