  1. Buckhead residents won't want to miss the sixth annual Atlanta Summer Wine Festival, returning this weekend. Over 50+ wines, beers, ciders, and seltzers will be available, along with live music and DJ Qtip. The festival will be held this Saturday, Aug. 13, from 12:00-4:00 p.m. and from 6:00-10:00 p.m at The Eastern. (Reporter Newspapers)
  2. On Thursday, the Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an informative luncheon with Georgia Department Of Transportation (GDOT) Commissioner Russell McMurry. Residents are encouraged to join and get updates about GDOT activity to make their travels more bearable.
