Beetlejuice Accused of Hit and Run

Atlanta police are looking for the person behind the wheel of a car that smashed into a parked Mercedes-Benz while leaving a Halloween party over the weekend then drove away, according to a report.

Surveillance video shows the driver, who was dressed as Beetlejuice, getting out to inspect the damage, WSB-TV says. A passenger in the car was dressed as a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

The owner of the Mercedes says she’s afraid her car will not be salvageable following the collision, which saw the hit-and-run driver’s vehicle end up on top of the parked Mercedes, footage obtained by WSB-TV shows. Neighbors helped get the cars separated from one another; one helper took a picture of the car’s license plate and passed it along to police.
