New High-Rise Condos To Offer Luxury Living In Buckhead
The Dillon Buckhead is an 18-floor residential tower that is set to open in 2024.

BUCKHEAD, GA β After nearly a year of breaking ground, the formwork on The Dillon Buckhead is halfway complete, putting plans for the new property ahead of schedule.
Aaron Taulbee, development executive at Kolter Urban, told Patch Thursday the 18-story high-rise condos are being built to meet a demand in Buckhead. The project has been in the works for several years and comes after the opening of Graydon Buckhead, a 22-story condo tower Kolter Urban developed in 2020.
"Compared to older homes that need a lot of work, weβve found people are drawn to the idea of high-rise living with minimal upkeep," he said.

Located at 2425 Peachtree Road, the residential tower secured $20 million under sale contracts in 30 days, according to a news release.
Nearly 50 units have been sold thus far, Taulbee said.

Atlanta Fine Homes Sothebyβs International Realty is overseeing the sale efforts for the developmentβs 144 residences, according to the release.
The Preston Partnership, an Atlanta-based architecture firm, designed the building while ID & Design International blueprinted the interiors.
The Dillon will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,400 to 2,500 square feet of space. Most of the condos will have a den.
The upper three floors of The Dillon will offer estate designs, according to the release. A penthouse level will range from 2,500 to just under 3,800 square feet of space with 12-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
"Residences will feature a contemporary design with wide plank engineered hardwood floors paired with floor-to-ceiling windows, creating airy, sophisticated interiors filled with natural light and stunning panoramic views," read the release.
The cost to live in an estate or penthouse condo starts at $2 million while the price to live in the other condos starts at $800,000.

Taulbee said the formwork of the building was completed up to the 10th floor as of Thursday. The first phase of the parking structure and the motor quart were also finished.
"I think people are excited about the location," Taulbee said. "Theyβre excited about the amenities."
The Dillon sits in the center of Buckhead near the Lindbergh area and is not too far from the Peachtree Battle Shopping Center. It is also in close proximity to Midtown, the Bobby Jones Golf Course and the Atlanta Beltline.
As for amenities, The Dillon features a plethora that covers an acre of land overlooking the Atlanta skyline.
Taulbee said plans include a shared access space called The Hub for people who work from home or need to take meetings, a swimming pool, a golf park, an event lawn, a movie theater with a popcorn bar, outdoor areas for grilling or dining, a gym, a club room, a speakeasy and a game simulator.
A social room for private resident events and a pickleball court will be available.
The Dillon should be completed by the fourth quarter of 2024 and is now accepting buyers. Taulbee encourages people to buy early so they can customize their homes.
"Weβre hopeful that those thinking of living here will set an appointment to protect the ability to customize their homes," he said.
The sales gallery is now open daily at 2395 Peachtree Road. Visit The Dillon's website for more information.
