California Pizza Kitchen Reopens in Lenox Mall

Loyal customers of the California Pizza Kitchen at Lenox Square Mall will be gladdened to know their favorite pizza joint has finally reopened following a lengthy and thorough renovation.

Plans filed with the city in early summer laid out a $500,000 project for the roughly 6,500 sq. ft. space, WhatNowAtlanta reported at the time. The renovations took about three months to complete, Atlanta Intown said Sunday.

The renovations are part of the restaurant chain’s “Next Chapter,” which will see half of its 192 restaurants across the country transformed using “a fresh, contemporary design with sustainable materials, open kitchens and fresh details like herb walls,” according to a company release.
