- Colliers, a global real estate brokerage firm, has released its midyear report on the state of Atlantaβs core office submarkets. According to the report, Buckhead is sliding into negative territory, declining for the third quarter in a row with the submarket's office space now more than 21 percent vacant. The good news is that recent full building purchases, including 1025 Lenox Park and Pinnacle Tower, have driven up prices per square foot. (Urbanize Atlanta)
