Cruickshank Remodeling Recognized for Exceptional Customer Experiences

Buckhead-based Cruickshank Remodeling has been awarded a 2022 Guildmaster with Highest Distinction Award. GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company, has awarded the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to recognize service excellence in the building, remodeling, contracting and home services professions.

To encourage the highest levels of customer service, GuildQuality offers two levels of distinction in addition to the baseline Guildmaster Award. Members who receive a recommendation rate between 95.0 percent and 97.9 percent receive the Guildmaster with Distinction Award. To receive the Guildmaster with Highest Distinction Award, companies like Cruickshank Remodeling must receive a recommendation rate from clients between 98.0 percent and 100 percent.
