Driver of Maserati Killed When Car Slams Into Home
Police say motorist was initially stopped by state trooper in Buckhead, but fled scene.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA – Atlanta area police are investigating a crash that sent a Maserati careening into a Brookhaven home early Wednesday morning, killing the driver.
The motorist was pulled over by Georgia State Patrol in Buckhead, but sped off, Brookhaven police told WSB-TV. A car chase ensued, ending when the car crashed into the home.
The crash occurred near on North Druid Hills Road near Lenox Park Boulevard. No one inside the home was injured. A woman who was a passenger in the car was hurt.
