Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta Wins Four Gold OBIE Awards

Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta and Engel & Völkers Atlanta North Fulton, two real estate shops owned by Shirley Gary, have won four Gold OBIE Awards, including three with their new home partners. The awards were presented at the 41st Annual OBIE Awards Ceremony, hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. The annual event recognizes outstanding achievement in the home building industry with awards in nearly 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories.

The Gold OBIE Awards were for:

• Best Building Design/$800,000+, Tanglewood Enclave by Davidson Homes (East Cobb)
• Single Family Builder - Best Detached /$299,000 and below. Lakeview at Stonecrest by Rockhaven Homes (DeKalb County)
• Best Single Family Builder Attached Home/$199,000 and below Lakeview at Stonecrest by Rockhaven Homes (DeKalb County)
