Erroll Davis Discusses Accomplishments and Challenges

The Atlanta Public School system still has work and years of recovery ahead of it, but it's made positive changes in the wake of the cheating scandal and other challenges.

Superintendent Erroll Davis spoke about the Atlanta Public Schools' accomplishments -- including new testing safeguards, hiring of new educators, and more -- in a recent Neighbor Newspaper article.

Davis, whose contract ends in about 18 months, also said, according to the report: “We’ve made responsibility and accountability a lot clearer to principals as well."
