Famous Buckhead 'Pink Palace' on the Market for $7M
The historic Buckhead landmark, known as the Pink Palace, is on the market again for the second time in five years.

Buckhead's famous 'Pink Palace' is known for as a historic Southern family home with breathtaking details, and it's now on the market for $7 million.
The home, located at 541 West Paces Ferry Road, sits on 3.5 acres and was designed by architectural legends, Neel Reid and Schutze, according to the listing on Estately.
Even though the mansion boasts intricate Italian Baroque details like the 18th century tapestry on the walls in the grand room, it also possesses modern amenities like a vast geothermal system. Other amenities include a large pool house, attic apartment, gentlemen's room and two rooftop terraces. It also has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a four-car garage.
In 2008, the price of the home was slashed from $20 million to $10 million. Before that, the home was purchased for $3.6 million by Zurab Lezhava as a wedding gift for his wife, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
