Here to Serve Restaurants Abruptly Close
The company owned Twist at Phipps Plaza and Prime at Lenox Square Mall.

The trendy chain of bars and eateries owned and operated by Atlanta-based Here to Serve Restaurants suddenly closed Monday night.
Tomorrowβs News Today reports that the company told their staff of about 1,000 servers, bartenders, cooks and other personnel late Monday afternoon that the restaurants were shutting down.

The company operated 10 locations throughout metro Atlanta, including three Noche locations; two Coast locations, as well as Prime, Shucks, Smash, Strip and Twist.
The AJC said that some staffers were worried they wouldnβt get paid because their checks had been delayed so far.

The paper is also speculating that the closings may be the result of a federal lawsuit against Here to Serve by the owners of Buckheadβs Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square, who wanted the restaurants evicted over claims of a contract breach.
