Here are the top three stories today in Buckhead:

1. The footage of a serious hit-and-run in Buckhead has been released. The incident occurred on Peachtree Road and Mathieson Drive on Aug. 20. The victim, Valeria Pableo, is currently in the Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center ICU. Pableo's mother hopes that the disturbing footage will help identify the driver. (FOX 5 Atlanta)
2. The new "Buckhead Shore" MTV series has resulted in the cancellation of "Floribama Shore." The "Floribama" iteration originally got four seasons but was ultimately canceled after the success of the Buckhead show. "Buckhead Shore" first aired in June. (The Teal Mango)
3. The Chamber of Commerce will be hosting two informational meetings at Buckhead City Hall next month. The first meeting is scheduled for Sept. 6 to discuss T-SPLOST initiatives. The second meeting will be on Sept. 20 to discuss Recreation Department initiatives. Both meetings start at 6:30 p.m. (Morgan County)
