Holiday Traffic Officers Out in Buckhead
The traffic officers that have sprouted up around Buckhead's shopping destinations since Black Friday are meant to decrease congestion.

If you’ve done any shopping in Buckhead since Black Friday, you’ve probably noticed the increase in traffic control officers manning busy intersections.
These officers are part of the Buckhead Community Improvement District’s (CID) holiday traffic officer program, which stations off-duty Atlanta police officers at the most congestion intersections in the neighborhood. This is the fourth year of the program.
The program will run until Dec. 26.
