I-75 Detours in Place This Weekend
GDOT plans to shut down a portion of the interstate for Northwest Corridor project work; find out if your commute is affected.

Weather permitting, a night time detour will take place this weekend for bridge construction within the Northwest Corridor project, the Georgia Department of Transportation announced Friday.
Traffic traveling I-75 Southbound to Cobb Parkway will be directed to take the ramp to I-285 Westbound and travel westbound to Paces Ferry Road (Exit 18). Traffic will then be directed to turn left on Paces Ferry Road followed by another left to enter I-285 Eastbound via the ramp from Paces Ferry, GDOT said.
Work will begin Saturday, December 19th and runs until Sunday, December 20th between the off-peak hours of 11:00PM – 5:00AM, according to GDOT.
