ICYMI: Buckhead Restaurant Closes
Here to Serve Restaurants has closed two of its concept restaurants in recent months and has been in trouble with Simon Malls.

Buckhead restaurant Aja, which has been filling the bellies of visitors to One Alliance Center since 2008, closed for good over the weekend, according to multiple reports.
The Here to Serve Restaurants property said the Sept. 6 closure was done to improve the companyβs prospects for future growth, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. All Aja employees will be given a chance to find other employment within the company.
Here to Serve Restaurants was formed by Atlanta Chef Tom Catherall but was recently transferred to the control of ex-wife and company co-founder Leigh Catherall during the coupleβs divorce proceedings. The transfer ruffled the feathers of Buckhead mall owners Simon, who sued Here to Serve in federal court claiming the transfer violated the leases of Here to Serve properties Twist (at Phipps Plaza) and Prime (at Lenox Square). The matter was settled out of court in February.
