A nonprofit, backed by Bill and Melinda Gates, is headed to Buckhead.
inBloom, Inc., a technology-based nonprofit, will lease part of the 16th floor of the Prominence building as its headquarters, according to a report from the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
inBloom's CEO, Iwan Streichenberger, said the building's location to the Atlanta Tech Village, giving the organization the opportunity "to find more partners."
This means the building is now 94 percent leased.
"Now, inBloom could give the region the clout to become a national leader in educational technology," the ABC article states.
