La Fonda Closed for Renovations

Burrito fans in Buckhead will need to find a new place to get their fix while La Fonda Latina closes for a months-long renovation.

What Now Atlanta reports that the Peachtree Road restaurant closed on Monday and will remain shuttered until the end of winter. The other four La Fonda locations in Atlanta will remain open, however.

La Fonda Latina is a hit with Yelp users, earning an average rating of 3.5/5 stars from 99 customers. Reviewers liked fish tacos and paella in particular. However, several Yelp users report that separate checks are not allowed.

“La Fonda too me, is like my best friend,” one reviewer wrote. “Comforting, consistent, cool.”
