One Arrested Saturday Night At Infamous Buckhead Party Mansion

Hundreds of complaints have been logged against the Garmon Road residence, and on Saturday, one of the estate's managers was arrested.

ATLANTA -- One man was arrested Saturday night at a Buckhead mansion that has been the subject of hundreds of police calls and complaints. Tosin Oduwole, a nephew of the Garmon Road home's owner, was charged with a noise violation and obstruction, according to police.

According to Channel 2, police have responded to more than 100 calls about noise at the home over the last year. One of the party goers told the station the entire situation was overblown. "It was just a little get-together," one man said. "No social media. No buzz. No celebrities. Nothing."

Another person told Fox 5 said police harassed Oduwole before they arrested him. "And they just came in, told the DJ to turn the music off and harassed the owner," the person said. "We were just hanging out, listening to music, chilling really."
