Peyton Barber's Tablet Stolen In Buckhead Car Break-In

The Tampa Bay Buccaneer running back's designer sunglasses and clothes were also stolen.

ATLANTA -- An SUV belonging to a Tampa Bay Buccaneer was broken into Saturday morning, and one of the items that was stolen was a computer tablet that contained the NFL team's playbook. According to police, the SUV belongs to running back Peyton Barber, a native of Alpharetta. Also stolen were the player's designer sunglasses and clothes.

The break-in happened at Buckhead's Post Alexander high rise.

Team officials told Channel 2 they disabled the tablet remotely. The device contained playbook information.

The break-in happened after Barber parked his Jeep Wrangler at the complex around 10:30 pm Friday while visiting a friend. Several vehicles besides Barber's were also burglarized, police said, adding that surveillance cameras recorded five men getting out of a car and breaking into several cars.
