Pharr Road Restaurant Space Among Expert's "Cursed" List
A real estate and restaurant expert recently compiled a list of restaurant spaces that have had a high turnover in one or more areas.
The address of the former Olde Town Tavern & Grille, 360 Pharr Rd., is included in an article about "cursed restaurant spaces" on Atlanta Eater.
The list was created by Eli Zandman of Tomorrow's News Today. According to Atlanta Eater, the places named have gone through "at least three changes in ownership, concept, or both."
Among those on the list is the now empty 360 Pharr Rd., which has been through several changes.
