Here are the top three stories today in Buckhead:

1. Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens was present to break ground at the final major piece of the PATH400 Greenway to connect parks in Buckhead. He joined Atlanta City Council Representatives Howard Shook and Mary Norwood and other officials on Nov. 11. The $12.8 million project is expected to be completed in two years. 2. Plaza Fiesta, known as a Latin American cultural destination in nearby Northeast Atlanta, has been purchased by Asana Partners. The 344,000-square-foot, former 1960s shopping mall is home to religious statuary, cowboy attire, rosaries, piñatas, quinceañera gowns, and more. A representative with Asana told Urbanize Media they "don’t have any additional details to share at this time" when asked about future plans. (Urbanize)
3. Fulton County records show Lincoln Advisors acquired the 149,202-square-foot Northwest Medical Center in Atlanta. The medical building in the Buckhead neighborhood cost the company almost $72 million in the acquisition, according to county records. (Commercial Property Executive)
