Stop Bringing Lunch to Work: Healthcare Company Hires Tuscan Chef

Founder and executive chef of Buckhead’s Antica Posta, Chef Gianni Betti, will take on a new challenge: managing Ciao Bella, Jackson Healthcare’s company eatery.

Betti attended culinary school in Italy and worked in various restaurants before founding the first Antica Posta location in the Chianti region of Tuscany with his two brothers in 1994. After five years of success, the noted chef launched a sister restaurant in Buckhead.

Born just outside Florence, Italy, the chef will get to create meals with a Mediterranean flair using the organic vegetables and herbs growing in the company garden.

“We are delighted to have such a wonderful chef now in house to cook meals for our employees,” said Shane Jackson, president of Jackson Healthcare, in a press release. “His expertise in creating incredible meals with fresh healthy ingredients fits perfectly into our vision for nutritional wellness. I know I can’t wait to see what he is making for lunch.”
