'Trump as Hitler' Graffiti Spotted in Buckhead

The graffiti in Buckhead depicts the presidential candidate with a toothbrush mustache against a swastika background.

BUCKHEAD, GA -- Donald Trump’s controversial comments on banning Muslim immigration to the United States prompted an Atlanta graffiti artist to compare the Republican presidential candidate to Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler.

An Atlanta police officer spotted an image of Trump with Hitler’s iconic toothbrush mustache against a background of the Nazi swastika on a support pillar on a bridge on Piedmont Road Wednesday morning, police spokeswoman Elizabeth Espy told Patch.

At approximately the same time, a 911 call came in regarding another copy of the image on a support pillar of the Buford Highway Connector Espy said.

Homeland Security was alerted to the graffiti, Espy said, and technicians are now trying to figure out how to remove the images from the support pillars.

Trump said Monday that he supported a complete ban on Muslims immigrating to the country.
