Uncle Maddio's is in Growth Mode

Owner seeks to fill fast casual niche in the pizza business.

From Matt Andrew's perspective, there's two main ingredients that go into a successful restaurant: Make it fresh and to the customer's order.

Andrew honed that philosophy as an executive with the Moe's Southwestern Grill chain, one of the giants in the fast-casual concept.

Fast casual chains, which include Chipotle and Five Guys Burgers, operate under the concept of creating a meal fresh and made to the customer's specifications.
