The woman who was involved in the incident told a WAGA-TV reporter that the incident was a "misunderstanding" and that a bystander mistook her arguing with her boyfriend as a kidnapping. She said that her boyfriend told her to get into his SUV because they were making a scene -- that's when a bystander called 911, according to WSB.
