Buford Man Charged In Killing Of Wife: Police
The man remains in the hospital in critical condition after police say he shot himself after shooting and killing his wife.
BUFORD, GA — A man is charged in connection with the shooting death of his wife Sunday in Buford, Gwinnett County Police said.
Michael Marin is charged on suspicion of aggravated assault and felony murder, police said Sunday.
He is accused of shooting and killing Desiree Ann Jean Marin, 44, near Ivy Stone Trail, police said, adding Marin then shot himself.
