Buford Wreck Involving School Bus Results In Serious Injuries

BUFORD, GA — A crash involving a school bus and a pick-up truck early Friday morning show down Hamilton Mill Road, Gwinnett County Police said.

There were serious injuries in the crash and drivers were told to use alternate routes after the crash near Hamilton Mill and Bart Johnson roads.

Police told Patch the injured people were taken to the hospital.

The school bus was not carrying students at the time of the crash, police said.

The department's accident investigation unit was requested. Details leading up to the accident are unknown.
