Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Ms. Cloud goes above and beyond for her students. She was the first teacher my daughter has had who really tuned in to her personal learning needs. Ms. Cloud took on a hefty amount of additional work to provide my daughter what she needs. She did all this while also building my daughter up to believe in herself and feel seen and heard. Ms. Cloud is also a great communicator and continues to seek out professional development to best serve her students.
