  1. A Cherokee County man was charged with felony murder after supplying a woman with drugs leading to her overdose. An indictment filed on Nov. 14 said Michael Waters, 22, from Woodstock, gave fentanyl and tramadol to the woman in May 2021. (WTVM)
  2. Gas prices continue to fall statewide, dropping seven cents on average within the week. The U.S. Energy Information Administration reported a drop in oil prices – about $6.00 per gallon in a few days. Gas prices now remain at an average of $3.04 per gallon for regular gas.
