The real estate market in Holly Springs/Sixes/Canton areas are holding up well. Although the number of active listings has risen, it is still far lower than the healthy sales years of 2017-2020. It appears 2021 and early 2022 were outliers and an extreme seller's market. We have moved back into a more normal market. List price to sales price ratios remain high but far less over full price.
