• Grad assistants offer mental health help (ung.edu) — A Canton native, Brooke Parker, is using her own student-athlete background to support University of North Georgia Nighthawk athletes’ mental health as a graduate assistant. She and two other counseling grad students are helping normalize seeking support, with strong backing from campus leaders and the university’s health, counseling, and athletics programs.
