Alzheimer's & Dementia Support in Cartersville

A growing number of families are dealing with Alzheimer's or other dementia illness, caring for a loved one at home. These caregivers often struggle to find support and balance in their own lives. Some hesitate to ask for help or simply do not have a network of family or friends close by to call upon.

At Tiger Lily Estates, we host a monthly Alzheimer's & Dementia Caregiver Support Group on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. This support group is free and open to the public. Our purpose is to provide a venue for practical resources and emotional support. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment for the caregivers to unburden by sharing their own personal journey.

We collaborate with other care partners who share their expertise at our support group meetings. Guest speakers at our monthly Alzheimer's & Dementia Support Group will include
hospice care, therapy providers, physicans and spiritual advisers.

Follow our social media for reminders and updates. Again, Support Group meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, starting at 5:30pm in our Activities Center, 233 Gilreath Rd, Cartersville GA 30121.
