A community project aiming to help needy Bartow residents
during the Holiday Season, Bartow Christmas Coalition is gearing up for its annual distribution of donations.
Individuals who need assistance are required to sign up Nov. 4 at The Church at Liberty Square.
Each applicant is required to provide the following information:
1. Driver's license or picture ID of person applying as head of household.
2. Utility bill, lease or other documentation verifying your street address. (NO PO boxes are accepted)
3. Social Security card of everyone in the home, or tax return with Social Security numbers.
4. Proof of household income.
